Singapore
& Malaysia
Took a well-deserved break from
working at Medway Hospital to go to Singapore and Malaysia. Was in
Singapore from 18th October for the wedding of my two good friends, Jon
and Yinfern. They had told me of the date one year in advance, and
there was no way I was going to miss their wedding. Later, went to
Malaysia for my grandmother's 80th birthday. That was really great,
as I had not seen my relatives for many years. Emma was with me on
this holiday, although she couldn't make it for the wedding..

The wedding ceremony was held on the roof deck of One Fullerton. It
was a lovely venue with fantastic views the bay and the Singapore
skyline. Of course, it was a tad warm for me! |

Some of the people from my Bible Study group, whom I hadn't seen in
ages. |

his speech, could you? |

The amazing setting for the wedding dinner. |

A quick change into a very red dress, and another run down the stairs. |

Please note Yinfern's magical everlasting muffin.. |

It's still there... |

And there... |

Testosterone levels run high. |

With much encouragement from friends, Jon is well on his way to a
nasty hangover. |

Leonard and his drinking games. |

Jon is flagging while Johnson is still going strong. |

Yinfern and Sue are ecstatic as the muffin is finally finished. |

Little did Yinfern realise the muffin was soaked in several shots of
vodka. |

Getting Emma acquainted with the local food. |
